Drone and UAV packs
Multirotors draw their hardest current during takeoff and climb, and packs for that duty are specified around burst C-rate rather than nominal capacity. This cell's 60A pulse rating is built for that profile, and it gets there on 4 mΩ of internal resistance — a fifth of the 18 mΩ the other cells in the range are rated to.
Where it does not fit
It gives up capacity to get there. At 214 Wh/kg it sits below the high-energy 21700s — for endurance flight where the load is gentle, one of those will fly longer.
Continuous 45A draws
An 11.25C continuous rating distinguishes this from the burst-only cells: 45A is a working figure here, not an exception. The datasheet also allows 15C continuous, but only with an 80 °C surface-temperature cut fitted.
Where it does not fit
The 60A figure needs that temperature cut to be honest. Without it the datasheet rating is 45A, and heat — not the number — is what limits an enclosed pack.
RC vehicles and high-draw gear
Anything that converts current into acceleration — cars, boats, aircraft — benefits from a cell whose priority is instantaneous power delivery.
Where it does not fit
Reported cycle life varies widely with how hard it is pushed, from 400 to 1500 cycles. Confirm your expected duty cycle with Monachi before sizing a pack around the optimistic end.
