Warranty Terms
All Joinsun battery cells sold through Monachi come with a 3-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please read the terms below before making a claim.
What's Covered
Manufacturing Defects Only
The warranty covers technical defects originating from the factory, such as abnormal voltage deviation or a capacity drop right from the start.
3-Month Claim Period
Customers have the right to claim or exchange cells within 3 months from the date of purchase. This applies only to cells that have not yet been installed, used, or modified.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will become immediately void if the battery cells are found in any of the following conditions:
The cell has spot welding marks, solder marks, scratches, or damage to the external protective PVC sleeve/wrapping.
Incorrect installation, reversing the polarity (+/−), or any technical misuse that causes a short circuit.
The cell voltage drops to 0V because it was left uncharged for too long, or due to being connected to an incorrect or malfunctioning BMS (Battery Management System) that drained the power completely.
The cell shows signs of being dropped, impacted, water-damaged, or exposed to excessive heat beyond specified limits.
